To save you time and a lot of hassle, I use Fons for billing and scheduling appointments. Fons is an app and website that will make our work together much simpler. Fons will automatically charge your card or bank account at the appropriate time. It’s really easy. No more writing checks, searching your email for an invoice or overdue notice, or late fees. Just show up to your lessons, and Fons will take care of the rest.
You can also use your Fons account to change, cancel or add appointments.
Here’s how it will work:
Once I have onboarded you, you will receive a email from Fons shortly inviting you to join my organization on Fons.
. Click the link in that email to begin creating your client account online.
If you can't find the invitation in your inbox, search for fons.app or hello@fons.com within your email application.
At the agreed upon time, Fons will automatically process your payment and send you a receipt. Easy peasy!
